Well, yesterday my LS was aiding me with Windy 8-1 NM. One person was to grab NM, and then I was suppose to hit the elevator switch so they + some links, could could come down happily together. Well, one person was like "I'll let you know when he needs to come down". So, I see him up top getting hit on by a bunch of mobs, I figure maybe person forgot to tell me but I was sure puller guy would let me know he was on the elevator, anyways. I got sort of confused. I meant to close the opened chatlog and accidentally hit the elevator button so he was stuck up at the top with the mob and links beating at him. ~_~ I always get a huge adrenaline rush and shaky fingers when something big comes flying my way. >.>
Needless to say he died and I still feel pretty bad.

I was helping a friends farm a testimony on my hubby's thf after spending all day on my drk. I went looking through his spell list 3 times for drain II. By the thrid time i just wanted to slap myself cuz i saw utsusemi: Ni and i had been casting ichi the entire time >.<

Did this just the other day with LS. Entered BCNM and pt begins to buff, idiot me instead of using Scroll of Instant Reraise use Scroll of Instant Warp. I was kicking myself all day, pt wiped, no excuses just dumb move not paying attention.

I know someone who CFH on aspid by "mistake". Wanted to kill them.

I ran (and still do) a Limbus LS. At the time, I was also part of a different Sky LS. Most of the people that did Sky in that LS also did Limbus with me. So anyways, I was over in the sky link just before a run talking to a few of them. I was getting /tells from people, asking which job to come on and what not - and I went to swap back to my Limbus shell ...... "You throw away a linkshell" ..... GDI! Keep in mind this is like 20 minutes before a Limbus run. So I ran to get a new shell, sent a /tell to my only sackholder at the time letting him know what happened. After he finished laughing his *** off at me, we managed to send tells to most people and get them pearls right away. Of course I did get a few frantic tells from people that were on the LS at the time saying "OMG why was I kicked".

So yeah, all in all, don't feel so bad -.-;;

I once accidentally (still pretty dumb of me) gear swapped out of sheer habit after my friend had me on /follow, and I just so happened to be at just the right angle to run them into a hallway full of aggro -.-;

Dumbest thing I ever did: We were in dynamis-jeuno, camping at the auction house. We had wiped, most of the people were still weakened and resting at the ah but there were some fighting the last mob there, a goblin. I was standing at the ah, pulled my bow out and sidewindered it. It ran over to me, fry-panned or whatever that AoE weapon skill is, and re-killed everyone that was weakened. My bad! Stupid rng ,~_~,

I did that the first time around on last character, it was a hell of a lot easier...
When you are begging for help you don't really have an input as to how everyone else should it done. That's how they did it, so that's how they will do it again.

i remember way back in the day i saw a piece of armor that had some great stats for my mnk so i went ahead and bought it not thinking twice then when i went to put it on it wouldnt net me i was confused for like 5 min till i realized that it didnt say mnk could wear it... -_-;

I read this thread. I started playing in December, and when I got Mumeito, I didn't know I was supposed to keep it. So, when I got enough gil to buy a new GK, I got rid of my Mumeito.
