I usually go WHM/BLM NIN/WAR, bring holy waters just incase, never use more then a stack tho when I farmed 20 last time.

At what point does the BST come in with anything relevant to the OP/discussion? This doesn't help the BSTs that come to the bst forum looking for same info as the op.
Also:
An issue wherein beastmaster pets and avatars would not be KO'd by Doom.
An issue they fixed in the update, so might want to be extra careful.

Shoot, that totally went unnoticed. Thanks for providing the only useful post since my necro bump (I admit thread title can be misleading but I decided not to start a new one since this was still on 1st page)

Honestly I wouldn't bother with hp atma, but I have been wondering how savior/einhinjar atmas would do for doom. I usually use rr/dg/savior and find it hard to use anything else on bst, nothing like seeing mob cast or ready something's nasty and pet recovers hp! Now at 99, it may be possible for bst to solo now. Though I haven't seen a big difference on bst at 99.

They don't, they level a real job for abyssea, and make friends.
