Cobalt Ingots and Plates + HQs are main, Off is mass production HQ.

I guess it should be the same for carpentry?

I just HQ a leather using off hand and got more leather instead of +. I am guessing that + stuff will be done via main hand now!

yeah new recipes you get HQ with main, more quanity with off. old recipes is the other way.
