Well from what I've experienced if you want coins, don't do the newer zones. I have yet to see a pouch in 8,9, or 10. Lucky to even see 1 coin in those zones. They seem to be more item based.

I did flux 7 about 7 or 8 times and got 12 coins of birth 9 coins of glory 10 ruin 2 advancement 2 decay. Three of those were pouches and when I did not receive a pouch I usually got 3 singles. I think I've gotten 3 coins total spamming 9 because that's what everyones doing. But, I did get Comet so guess it was worth it.

I can confirm this, saw it in run 8. We were getting about 3 red procs on each turtle boss.

They need to adjust this hour long lockout timer. While I understand the need for a lockout of some sort on an event that limits the amount of people that can enter at any given time, an hour is a bit much. 20-30 minutes would be reasonable.

30 minute wait or maybe do not allow you to do the same conflux more then once in an hour.

This has been in WoE since the beginning, but people haven't really bothered to explore it in detail. Maybe with the new system in place there will be people out there willing to explore it.

So has anyone opened #11 yet?
I'm sure by now #9 and #10 have been spammed enough on Carbuncle, but I think turtles are a cockblock.

Come on girls, I wanna do Catura WoE!

Edit: Or it could potentially be a Hahava type!
COME ON I WANNA KNOW.

we cleared turtles with no issue whatsoever....how are the turtles the C-block here? they are basically all equally easy if you throw a ton of bodies at it.

I know that beforehand, proc'ing red on the bosses would cause them to almost always drop a coin. Given the inherent similarities between the new Walk of Echoes and Voidwatch, it may do something similar to what Treasure Hunter does for spectral alignment in Voidwatch

I sort of goaded the first group into doing #10 on my server, so I guess that's my fault.

I'm going to say I definitely hate the system. Despite high evaluations the coin drop rate is unbearable, the time until reenter is just boring as all hell, people are too stupid to know how to clear 8 and 10, and jp swarms rush through 9 making it hard for anyone to get over 8k in an evaluation, causing constant synthesis materials-onry chests.
It's terrible, simply terrible

On Odin, CF9 is basically the most popular one. It's entertaining to see around 100 people alone trying to crowd in there...as the clock ticks down, 3...2...1SPAMCLICKF8OHGODITSLAGGINGTOOBADMISSEDIT, then whoever didn't make CF9 goes to 8, then it's a game of whoever can get into that one first~

check every conflux (if u want coins) usually flux 7 and under u can find a small group in. anything less than cap will give u better chance at coins.

I just finished with my 7th successful run on Conflux 6. Here're all the notable drops I got:

Coin of Decay x4
Coin of Birth x1
Coin of Adv. x2
Coin of Ruin x1
Coin of Glory x1
Pouch of Adv. x1 (5 coins)
Pouch of Ruin x1 (5 coins)
Accord hat x1
Migawari: Ichi x1
Horde Lullaby II x1
Random synth mats x21

Pretty decent drop rate on the coins. Unfortunately I got pouches on the 2 coin types I don't want >.< 2 of the runs had somewhere around 16-20 people and all the rest were below 10. My evaluations were in the 9K-13K range. The first few runs I did I organized just by shouting in WoE for people interested in flux 6. I chose this flux because I wanted the Fugacity Mantle to drop and because it appears the new spells can drop in any WoE battlefield (notice Horde Lullaby II in my list of loot).

On a side note, I seem to be remembering that the few pouches I heard other people have gotten since the patch all doled out 5 coins. They didn't change it so they always give 5 now, did they?
