lvl 90+ Chi Blast
Post some pics I wanna see what it can still do. for fun
max would be 4838 from hume mnk/whm with mnd merits. Dunno how much mnd elvaan mnk has at 90.
Most things resist CB by 1/4-1/2 in my experience. Maybe even more.

According to lololdwiki the chi-blast formula is MND * (#Boost * RandomNumber + 1) = DMG RandomNumber being a game determined number between 0.25 to 0.60 (without Temple Gloves) or 0.75 to 1.10 (with Temple Gloves). Well, it's theorized that the cap on #boost is 12, so if Taurine Cesti boost chi blast the same amount as temple gloves, then I'd think without other mnd gear/atma/cruor buffs you'd be looking at 1898 with 94 base MND I guess

Now if we subtract what we already have. 341-192=149MND needed outside of gear to hit this amount of damage. If I remember correctly you get +70MND in Cruor buffs alone(at least in Heros zones) when you have all the abyssites. so in reality we only need to add ~79MND in Atmas to hit this number. Now I'm realizing there was no reason to do this because you were right... But hell this kept me entertained for a bit. You can ignore me now. :x Nice math guys~
