of course battlefield elegy also says SV doesnt effect its potency when i could have sworn it does

How so? The Carnage Elegy page only states that the overall cap for Elegy spells is 50%, Battlefield is far below that.

I was always lead to believe that the horns don't affect potency due to useless wiki page#1. Someone who's not me should go do testing on this and give us a definitive answer, obviously.

guess its only for carnage elegy where horn doesnt effect its potency but for battle field it does, the page says it increases the slow from 25% to 27% on +2 to elegy
