Uggalepih Pendant XML

Hi there, I'm fairly new to XML files in ffxi. And XML in general, only know what they are, and kinda how they work . checking rules if this is set use this and etc.

I used Syle's RDM enhancing magic skillup xml, to max my enhancing. no biggie. didnt have to edit anything. Copy paste and strat casting refresh II yay...

But my question is this:

Can anyone make a xml for me that only does the Uggalepih Pendant swap when hp lower then 51% after spellcasting.

Ive searched and searched the web , but all I find are big xml files with Uggalepih Pendant swapping in them. And abit frustrated cause I cant seem to only make it for the ugg pendant. Get errors....

Since im happy with the 6 lines ingame macros for gear on casting, I only want spellcast to load snitch.xml And all it does is helping me swap out elemental torque for ugg pen.. when mp is 51%.
