Movement Speed

Hi everyone ,

At the moment we can only have movement speed +12% max event with some other movement speed movement on us right? or some item can stack and give more movement speed? does 12% is the cap?

nin af boots, 25 @ night

mazurka, 25%

hermes quencher, 100%

powder boots, 100%

Cor Roll and Mazurka I think stack not 100% sure.

Bolters roll?

I believe you can mazurka+af3+1 boots on brd and you move faster, I haven't cared much to tell since the boots are always on when I'm running anyway :\

Equipment can't stack, but spells/buffs will stack with equipment.

Max cap is 100% movement speed. Can't get higher than this.

Nin Af boots = 25% @ night time

other equipment = 12%

Bolter's Roll = 2-25%

Flee = 100%

Swift shoes = 12 - 25%

for example, a ninja at night time can have AF boots (25%) + Swift shoes (25%) [ OR chocobo Mazurka 25%] + 11 Bolter's roll (+25%)

This will give the ninja +75% movement speed, and is fun. usually the only ones I pull off are swift shoes and af boots, but its still fun to zip around like that.

mazurka + 11 bolter's is 50%

Now I kinda want to get on ninja and find a brd and cor to buff me :P lol.

we always have a brd, and i used to always be on cor, and we'd always be in the same pt, so we'd put up mazurka/bolter's and fly around abyssea lol

Swift shoes doesn't stack with Mazurka, nor does any other quickening effect other than Bolter's Roll, your 75% bolters + mazurka + nin scenario is the highest currently obtainable.

Jig doesn't stack with gear speed either.

Chocobo Jig (25%) + Tandava Crackows (12%) = 37% movement speed easy. Chocobo Jig doesn't work with Flee, Mazurka, or Sprinter's Shoes. So one of your few options left is the corsair's Bolter's Roll. If you get a perfect 11 that's an additional 25% making that 62% constant movement speed.

There isn't all that much that is faster. If your a Ninja then you could have 25% from the feet + Mazurka/Fleet Wind(25%) + Bolter's Roll(25%) = 75% at night or dusk/dawn, but at day you'll be limited to 12% instead of 25% with Danzo Sune-ate putting you with DNC at 62% constant movement speed during the day.

I thought I heard that you can skadi's feet + cuisses on rng and they stack. This isn't true?

I know you can have fleetwind,mazurka,bolter's roll all on plus your feet/leg of choice not sure if something like hermes' and the add-on legs stack for plus 20% but the three spells will all stack w/ 1 gear.
