Well, I can't offer you a linkshell, but we could at least duo. I'm working on bst now as well.
I also know a few other BSTs on Garuda who'd be willing to party. BST burn {Do you need it?} :) The social linkshell RandomChaosClub has a large number of BST in it. But they're not a pet-only event shell just social. If you are interested in checking it out I can give you a pearl in game.

there is one called fearthesquirel (yes that's how they spelled it) but they have DRG SMN and BST. My BST has pretty much gone dormant since I dinged 75 and I'm dying to do some events with it. Hell, I'd be happy to find just a few other people with "pet jobs" that are willing to try low man some NMs. Hit me up in game. I enjoy low-manning stuff BST style. Although I've only had the chance to solo a few things such as Despot, Merrow No.5 and Ancient Goobbue. In a lowman group I've done Hakutaku and Balor. In a large group Gration.
