Old School Dynamis, IS BACK! (apparently)

So I logged on this morning to my LS going on about being abl to do old school dyna zones as they used to be, if you do the 500k, trade hourglass. I was curious if anyone else has actually done this, or if its some fabricated lie >=o Im curious how it would work, if the zone you want to do needs to be vacant from other people or if you can still do it even if other people are diong it using the KI way. And still get your instanced zone... hopefuly that all made sense, anyone tried?

Dreamworld is the only place that the 500k hourglass works for now.
