Hey experts out there help me out please. What should my atma choices be for tanking and dpsing?
its pretty much the consensus to go with Razed Ruins, Averter of the Apocolypse (the shinryu one) and Gnarled Horn for tanking, and straight DPS is the same basically but switch Gnarled Horn for Sanguine Scythe
RR/GH/Apoc
have fun. GH will give you just about the same DPS as SS, but you get the added benefits of AGI and Counter+, so I wouldn't advise switching out GH for SS (especially with Kannagi). http://www.ffxiah.com/forum/topic/22188/what-are-the-best-atmas-for-tanking/
I hope this will help you. Anything where 2-300 HP is going to be a significant difference is something you're probably using Migawari for anyway.

Or you could just cap recast reduction and have it on a 1 minute timer, which is pretty reasonable. Can't think of anything that casts a spell strong enough to 1shot me after Shell + MDT.
Chariot in Grauberg aby... with that 24k dmg discord..... That'll jack anybody up lol through shell and MDT even at -50% MDT thats 12k dmg lol....

well kannagi nin, gets the +50 agi bonus from GH, as a WS mod...I'm not sure the OP was asking specifically for kannagi builds, or was he? Maybe i read stuff wrong... sorry if I did
