Frankly it all depends on the situation you are playing your job, but the main subs you should have leveled are nin, dnc and sam.

Anything else would be for personal enjoyment.

This is the part where you leave the shitty party, find a WHM and a puller, and start cleaving. Speaking of which, WAR/PLD is an ok choice for cleaving if you're not confident in your healer. You'll probably need to pop ISL chests to have access to Sentinel on each pull though.
