What would be nice if they release these area's when they do the complete overhaul of the game. So that (trying not to sound like a fanboy) it becomes more like FFXI battle integrated and make all the mobs IT or stronger in these area's and increase lvl cap, abilities, weapons, weapon skills and so on. But thats my hope...
You're hoping for way too much.

The dungeons are being made for more XI-orientated team work strategy, but they've made it clear they want to cater to more casual players, so a lot of places you're still going to be able to solo mostly everything..

I kinda like the solo-catered play style, I don't need a huge LS or to get on some long waiting line to get the gear I want from like NMs or something, a lot of the NMs from what I've seen can be low manned. The first NM I killed (which had a piece of gear I wanted) I was able to easily duo as 31 MRD with just a 26 CON on healing [NM being level 36] (and would be able to solo it if I had my own CON higher for protect and Cure II) although some of my LS did eventually come out, to make the kills go faster, I still could have easily done it solo/duo.

Only thing about these NMs that bothers me is the retardedly low drop rate for the good items.

Not really all that much worse than in XI.. Then when you consider the NMs pop right back pretty much instantly, you get the item you want much faster than you would have (short of pure luck) in XI.

Think it took about 10 kills or so for me to get the piece I wanted from the NM.. Those 10 kills took less time than it would have taken to camp an average NM just once in XI (average being about 2 hour spawn time).

it's called telepossing (or speedhacking)

and yes, you will get banned (eventually)

edit: also worth mentioning that said hack worked in beta, and most areas you listed were accessible since then.

Sorry to ruin your pt, but getting credit for discovering an almost year old hack is stupid

Yeah I agree with you, I’m really glad how fast they pop, if this game was more like FFXI (waiting for hours on end for a pop and then another party claiming it before me) I wouldn’t even play, I would probably quit in an instance lol

Ah yes, cause you ruined my pt iceblue, you aren’t the first one to say this, in fact probably 20+ people on this forum and other forums have said this exact same thing to me, sorry to ruin your pt… lol

Anyways, a couple people telling me what I did (lol when they are actually completely wrong and incorrect and have absolutely no clue how I did it and are very far off), won’t get me upset or “ruin my pt” as you say… lol

Oh also, to show how much more you don't know, I won't get banned. I of course won't go into detail or copy the e-mail SE has sent me into this forum. heheh

You act is if there is only one way to get to those areas, and that if he got there, he must've used that same method.

Yet there are three theories everyone seems so sure is the way it was done.

Again, speculation, just because one person used that particular method, doesn't mean everyone that's done it used the same method, or more importantly, that Mystina did.

Oh..

POS hack past zone line, then you speed hack around the place for screenshots before the game dc's you because you're not supposed to be behind the zone line in the first place lol

obvious is obvious, this is how Viion did it from neko-sentai, this is how YUUKISAN from youtube did it, this is how MystinaValeth did it, this is how anyone can do it with the proper 3rd party program.

Wrong, I have been in most areas as well, using no 3rd party hacks, pos hacks, or speed hacks. I don't even know anything about those, I woulddn't even know how to install.

It is rather simple. I went in most areas blocked off in Beta using this simple, non 3rd party hack.

Walk up to the door or gate that is locked, face the door and make sure you are all the way up against it. Log out, then log right back in, soon as you see the "Now loading" start to press the walk forward button and hold it down, as soon as the picture loads and you can see yourself, you will then hear the gate close but you are already on the other side. Pretty damn simple without using hacks, so quit accusing this guy of using hacks when he has said many times that he is not using them.

I never tried this at an invisible wall, but I'm sure it would work just about the same. I also tried to do it at Ishguard during beta, but could never get in there.

That's what I did during the beta also, it was patched though I thought, as I noticed after the release this wouldn't work anymore.

Gates have been fixed, they no longer load as open, however open walls to zones still load fourth. First the ground terrain, you can test this by standing right next to any large hill that you can "walk" up, stand towards the bottom, face towards the down slope, log out and log back in and you will be at the bottom of the hill. The level terrain loads, which causes your position to shift, then the "wall/hill/mountain terrain" then the character and model data, then secondary boundaries.

Gates are part of the "wall/hill/mountain boundaries" so they use to load "open" and the code that set them all loaded with the "secondary boundary" call. Now all gates load as their default. This is a common testing practice that almost always makes it into early release.

Beating the invisible boundary is just something that happens when you implement temporary boundaries and don't want to have to edit your terrain loading scripts when you want to add new content.

Anyone who has ever played around with a level builder or editor knows this and knows how to beat it.

Looks good, not a lot of design change from XI though. Seriously just Crawler's Nest and Norg and Aydeewa or Boyahda all up in there.

Still makes me want the game to be good though and see all that stuff.

These submissions aren't from beta. The open gate glitch was fixed long long long ago.

It may be the same re-used zone, but it is COMPLETELY different and feels very unique with all the machines, lamps, gates, and yellow-tinted lighting. I apporve SE for re-using the same zone in this way, I do not however approve of all the other dungeons in the game looking EXACTLY the same with no content (ex: mun-tuy & tam-tara) lolz

More cool stuff from Trabia.

Mayhaps it's time I worked on something other than Miner. I'd like to see some of these places.

lol would be funny, I wish there was content in these places such as mobs... Although most of these areas are located in higher ranked parts of the map where there are 70+ mobs, makes it annyoing to reach them sometimes lol >.>'
