I got the same as you when I tried to contact them Hitetsu. If you are around between 9am and 6pm Pacific time US try using the US POL site, I believe you can still chat with someone there.

As for the +80 slots are usable within the time frame you get the new one is unknown but I'm sure SE will fix this once people buy this thing in the next couple months to come. I can seriously see a lot of calls to SE saying "I lost my security token but I can't afford to buy another one right now..."

Anyone found out the method being used by this "Mog Satchel?"
Like, is it an item you have to "use" to take items out, or put them in?
Or, is this like an extra menu under "Items" like what you get when you try to equip ***on PUP?
Pun intended

Pun intended As it says in the notice, "..players who purchase a security token will also receive the brand new in-game bonus, the “Mog Satchel.” The “Mog Satchel” provides additional inventory space and benefits all characters on the PlayOnline account(s)."I am pretty sure there is no ”Mog Satchel” item. They always refer to it as a in-game bonus and not in-game item like they always do when it's an actual item. Seems like it's a triggered setting on your character (like the Gobby Bag itself is not an actual bag item) that simply expands inventory slots when activated. If it is in fact a separate group from that of inventory it will more than likely be accessible through the in-game menu. I kind of hope it's just meshed in with the regular inventory.

Hitetsu: Would I be able to add them to a second token without unlinking them from my token?

Hitetsu: Hello! :) I have a question about the Security Token that is being released.
Hitetsu: I spoke with someone a few days ago asking about them
Hitetsu: I explained that I personally own 2 accounts, and my brother has one. I just wondered if I could have the same ID registered one multiple tokens?
Hitetsu: So if both me and my brother were to purchase a token, would I be able to register both ID's on both tokens?
SEL Agent Ife: SAme account?
Hitetsu: Different accounts
SEL Agent Ife: So two differenet POL account.
SEL Agent Ife: Yes of course
SEL Agent Ife: there is nothing preventing you to do so.

Well linking one account to two tokens would give it two different passwords at the same time, so obviously that wasn't going to be possible. What I really wanna know though, is whether or not the token needs to remain linked to the account to get the satchel, and to continue using it. Also, as you mentioned one token can be used for multiple accounts, but can you link share one token around and you'll all get a satchel, or is it a promotion code that you get when you buy it? Also, how easy is it to unlink, so many questions... Just gonna wait til they come out and see if there's some way of getting the satchel without needing the token that will probably lock me out of my own account.

But doesnt this defeat the purpose of a new gobbie bag quest? I mean if its gonna be ridiculously expensive to upgrade ur bag and you have a satchel then why do it? If its equal to the space you currently have means you can have 140 spaces if your bag currently holds 70. Thats pretty dam badass.

If your the first person to get online after the update the gobbie bag quest will cost around 50-60k.
If your the second person to get online the quest will cost 400-500k.

The idea will be, most people won't upgrade their slots with this, which will drive demand to a low, which will cause the prices to fall, which in turn will drive demand slowly up without affecting the price too much.

Meaning if you need 80 slots accessible at -anytime-, then you'll have to do the new gobbie bag. I'll need 80 slots for my blm, adding a haste set and conserve MP set (two things I don't have now), also adding 1 extra obi, improving current dark magic set etc... I'll need to access to these items in real time, so satchel ain't a solution for this. Satchel just enable you to move items back and forth from your inventory, it's like a portable MH. (according to the description). Now as of today, if you're never 67+/70 (inventory), then yeah you won't need the new gobbie bag and 70+70 will be enough for you.
