I can't really remember. ohat was. there really wasn't enough haste to make it a super deal back then. maybe some early haste builds did make it important though

For example: DRK and DRG: Homam Head/Hands/Legs/Feet/Swift Belt/Blitz Ring was pretty decent for it's time before ToA came out. Many people ended up not caring for haste though until later. Then again people hated DRG, and DRK was forced in most cases to use axes to go along with the "in crowd" blitz ring was considered garbage until fairly late until ToAU as people needed to make up acc somewhere and 5-7 acc was better in most builds than 1% haste. once gear sets started getting acc capped people started looking for ways to get extra haste and blitz ring shot up in price
There's actually a lot less good stuff than I thought. It's more like gear you'd like if you don't have Abyssea..
I kinda like the Fazheluo model. It reminded me of Dynasty Warriors. :P

Dusk (IIRC) was still around, Full Homam still offered ~12%, Velocious Belt gave 6, Gave a lot of people 18% Haste. THF could use R.harness and ger 22%.
