great sushi is expensive, but worth the price.

theres lots of kinda that are good, depending on your taste.
Theres the super basic california roll/ tuna rolls
or you can have eel, salmon, makeral, yellowtail etc etc.
can always have something basic like this
or go for something little crazy like thisI suggest looking at the menu and seeing what kinds of fish/toppings were used on the item you want

Lol it depends on what kind of fish you like. Also they have it prepared many different ways when you look at the rolls depending on what you want in it.

Try a tiger roll.
Spicy tuna roll wrapped with avacado and tempura all with a delicious sauce.

California rolls are great for beginners. They are just crab meat (or crab imitation meat :/) and rice, usually with a small bit of avocado. California Crunch rolls are the same, but with crunchies on top. If you like those, venture out into different sushi types. They just seem the best beginner sushi, to me.

Tuna and salmon make good stuffs, too. One of my friends loves squid (or was it octopus? I forget), which seemed kinda gross to me but I'll have to try it. He loved it.

So, I have a casual friend and I was dead set on ending it today cause it's gotten boring. I call her up, and she answers the phone sobbing.
Oh god what's going on? Did I forget i told someone and they snitched? Oh god x.x

No she tells me she has cancer and is super scared. I don't really know if she has feelings or what, but I thought if she does and I end this right after she tells me she's about to fight her cancer how much of a *** would I look like...

So I talked to her for a bit and then hung up, now I'm confused :(

How does one become dead set on ending a casual friendship? That;s odd to me.... you should have just let it drift off and not called her at all. I also have a hard time believing it as all that casual if you think her finding out you don't want to be friends anymore would make her cry...

As for the cancer bit... that's can be some pretty serious ***as I'm sure you're aware. I'd say make a decision here and now because it seems, at least to me, that when people are going through life and death situations they need the people there to be there for them. It's not about you anymore but you shouldn't feel forced to be there for someone if you don't want to be. So that's my two cents....

I just have a hard time believing this was only a friendship i just keep getting the picture that hes not getting what he wants out of the situation so hes done... but I've been wrong before... a lot...

I have sorta. But it's more like calling it.

Like when the other person is clearly drifted away and clearly isn't making any sort of effort to even return any messages let alone keep in contact... like when you see them talking other people and posting but not answering messages on the same medium for weeks. Or best is when they relay messages thru their other friends when all of you are available at the same time because they are supposedly too busy...

I hear ya but that to me is when I would just drift off too and let it die. I wasn't aware people actually broke it off. Nothing wrong with that and all just new to me.

You sure she still doesn't want more? If it's just ending the sex part then it shouldn't be that big of a deal and upset her much.

Yeah I've talked to her about what I personally want, and she's like "I love the physical thing, and what if the emotional thing gets messed up and we're no longer friends?"

Kinda the backwards version of you're my great friend I don't wanna date and possibly damage the friendship imo.

If your the one that wants more this could be your time to stick by her and maybe she'll realize something about you she didn't before too. But in all honesty when it comes down to stuff like this listen to you heart (corny I know) and go with it.

I've learned from experience that its far worse to carry on falsely then come clean when its there....
