Been playing this some out of bordom... Someone VS me!

Luckily my GF bought me Pokemon Black, and she got White. Sooooooo We play together, and what we did was capture pokemon the other one wants and then trade eachother when possible. So we get pokemon we want and they get boosted exp :o! Makes leveling a bit quicker.

At one point i imported a level 3 Bulbasaur from an Old game (was an Egg hatched) and put it in first with Lucky Egg, and Managed to knock out Cynthia's ... First pokemon, he got somewhere near 19,000 Exp cause of the Bonuses and Level difference, i think he went up 24 levels. It was quite hilarious.

Though im relatively sure that shits up his IV's pretty harshly, But i don't generally go too deep into competitive pokemon battles, since its usually only riddled with Hardcore people who breed pokemon for 10 weeks to get the perfect genetically enhanced super-mon :P

My weak little guys won't do well :(.



heck, I tried breeding at one point, a Ditto+Bulbasaur (hes my favorite pokemon :\), And i went through i think 21 (edit:)Bulbasaur's before i got one with a SP.Atk+ Nature x.x; (Venasaur best stat is SP.Atk so i wanted it the highest).

I do not enjoy breeding =.=

So im trying to finish Soul silver before i pick up White/Black and the elite 4 is pissing me off.

I dont think i've ever had this much issue with an Elite 4.

I can make it to the last trainer but that requires alot of revives and such. Im not sure honestly if my lvl is too low or what. I can one shot most of them. But i just run into trouble alot where i get really fked over. Jynx for example, ice punch and psychic wreck me lol.

Any pointers? Ive been trying to grind but its so slow ; ;

Having beaten pokemon Black in japanese when it came out in september, am I the only one who disapproves of all the unnecessary name changing? Why change "Bel" to "Bianca" etc? I renamed all my english pokemon their Japanese name XD Pokabu > Tepig -.-
Tsutarja > Snivy, and Mijumaru > Oshawut?
Also who cant love a baby zebra named SHIMAMA!? >_>b

Imported my 20 or so boxes I had from diamond when I completed the pokedex, now I've got about 550/649 towards my completion rate without doing any real work. Although since I couldn't bring over any of my items, there's currently no way to finish my dex unless I can find someone with White to help me get all the stones in the Black City shops.

I don't use legendaries in my teams since they're banned anyways, and everything I do raise is 100% legit. There are a few gen 5's I wanna raise, but first I gotta go get a new set of power items for IV breeding.

Lance is mucho weak to ice type moves. I suggest investing in at least one Pokemon with Ice Beam, it is so useful!
My personal strategy was Protect and Wish spam for those Outrage Dragonites, but this may not be applicable to you.
What are the moves that your Pokemon have? Alot easier to help you out that way.
Basically, Dragonite --> Ice type attacks
Gyarados --> Electric
Charizard --> Water, Rock

Well I havent even made it to lance yet. I really dislike stocking up 20 revives/potions jsut to make it.
