Um if you have the mats just put it in and it will tell you the balance...

I'm not sure - but I think there is no HQ for this synth, I got never smooth synergy on it, but many times got perfect stats and never got HQ

I used to try and HQ the stuff made from T3 vnms... I stopped after 10 perfect and no HQ and huge losses of gil
