Order of operations for future reference:
Have everyone pass except party leader(s). Have party leader(s) pass once everyone else has. Cast lots. Granted you shouldn't have to do this since people agreed to certain terms, but this will always prevent ninja lots (dynamis excluded). Sucks to have ***ninja'd, thats for sure.

He violated a basic principle and Fuuneko's post is reasonable. Sure, he might have ninja'd a jewel that is easy to get, but that also means if you're with him in another group he might ninja your Epona's Ring or Kraken Club or something like that. If someone stole $100 from you, you're not going to just shake it off because it's easy to go make another $100. They violated a basic principle by taking your stuff.
