Cloudsplitter: Any Good?

very close to 85 Farsha, just curious as too how good or bad this ws is. For any bst that have it already what is the verdict?

I'm a war and I have the WoE version
It's pretty crappy, but it gives amber light, so that's a plus.

from my understanding its Primal Rend v2, not sure how much stronger it is then Primal Rend, but with aftermath it'll pull ahead over anything else even if the numbers are low.

I've been testing Cloudsplitter all morning and after 100 weaponskills with aftermath up have yet to get a dbl proc on the ws. Maybe im missing something. Plenty of dbls on normal swings but not one ws proc. I've found that to do decent dmg with it you have to give up to much as far as atmas are concerned.

I was talking with a bst that has Farsha 85 and he said he hadn't seen a odd proc on Cloudsplitter either. Glitch??? Or maybe since it's elemental??

I'm pretty sure ODD cannot proc on any weaponskills. Same goes for any weapon with ODD or other effects that add damage multipliers (like AF3+2 set bonuses).

Cant proc on WS. Nothing Occasional can.

Mythic OAT procs on WS.

There are 3 kinds of OAT:

Jailer type (can proc on DA/TAs).

Mythic type: Can proc on WS.

Joyeause type: Only procs on normal hits and doesnt' stack with DA/TA.

No ODD from Empyrean weapons or the shitty ODD weapons ever procced on WS. People just initially thought they did because they were seeing such high damage WS numbers.

As for Cloutspitter: It's useful for amber farming and it's crazy good for brewing. That's about it.

It's also a decent dmg/delay Axe that's pretty damn easy to get.

I havent performed this with greater than 2900 dmg. This is on both bst and war. Mine is lvl85 and is great for 30k-hit brews and amber farming. With MAB atma and lightning attack atmas it wad still doing only sub-3000 dmg. This is with thunder gorget/belt and str/mnd gear stacked. Even using STR superior atma hardly affects the multipliers. I'm a ridill war and this is why I chose it. My aftermath is almost never down if I'm full-time dd'n a mob

FWIW, I have seen crits for 5-6-700+ and on occasion 9-10-1100+

You can pull some mean hate with aftermath up often

3200 odd dmg @ 300tp normal procs 500-600 proc with af+2 900-1200ish

3200 is about what I do with Primal rend at 300%, non completed build either.
30k/hit is on I assume NMs?
