There's another name for it than hypochondria that I can't remember, but I've seen some articles where women believe so strongly that they are pregnant that they actually start producing pregnancy hormones, their stomachs can become distended and they produce breast milk. I've been on a pretty strict regime to make myself healthy again. I'm sure it could maybe happen to guys. Some guys get sympathy pains/cravings when their gf/wife is pregnant so I can imagine there's been at least one crazy *** case of a man showing signs of pregnancy.
