Honestly, I like FFXI's Shiva the best. 8's is like that weird alien from The Fifth Element that sings alien opera or whatever. 9's is hot, but meh. Have a weakness for 6's sprite, but also 6 had my favorite rendition of Diamond Dust.
So, my vote is for FFXI! I like FFTA's Shiva design too, but she does not have that Shiva aura, compared to the rest.
idk, might not look good as others, but XI's kinda grew on me.

I liked X's shiva the best personally, mainly for her diamond dust animation and I loved having her dual Anima when you first get them.
