Whoa,whoa...WHOA.
Bubba yes, Forest on the other hand sounds like a historic southern gentleman only slightly slow. Kinda like a redn...okay, you're right.
:|
I never really thought forrest talked like a redneck... kinda ... I dunno ... at the start of the movie and whatnot he did but in the end (or beginning... or ... I dunno lol) he's like a southern gentleman... thing.
I'd say her parents are like the dictators in her life, she HAS to do what they tell her, otherwise ...
they don't treat her like she's 23 at all, they treat her at times like she is 5...
JOB?!? Does she have one? How much longer does she have to graduate? If her father is that abusive, she's old enough to cut ties and be dependent!
Problem is she doesn't WANT to, she's not even really decisive on what career she wants, she started off photography (hence the macbook I guess?) but now she wants to do child development (child care?) which is kinda cool cause she is good with kids.
as far as when she graduates... no clue lol it depends on if she sticks with this course track.

I agree. Only problem is when you throw in the fact that he has speech troubles from his mental handicap it makes him almsot sound like a redneck :/
I will always classify Forest as a true southern gentleman.
Hell as far and manners and such goes he is the archetypal southern gentleman!
He cut that grass for free cause he was gajillionaire!

Well yeah if you factor in the mental handicap lol

And he knows how to treat his woman right and get her out of bad situations! Even if she doesn't want him to!

Sounds like she doesn't want to accept personal responsibility.
I will admit that I had a freak-out moment at age nineteen where I switched majors, but at twenty-three? Major hopping? Sounds like she doesn't mind living off mommy and daddy (or neither of them have put their foot down). She's basically a career student? :/ How long has she been in school? Photography isn't a career and being a Day-Care attendant has it's merits, but /sigh.
He did alright in The Da Vinci Code, though I don't think he was the right person to play Robert Langdon.
I haven't seen Angels and Demons yet.
Angels and Demons was well done.
He played the roll well, and I'm on the fence. he played it well but somethings feels off about him playing the roll.
At least that's how I see it, but maybe cause I read the books first.
This is a thread that I found on another website I post at. It can be really really interesting. I thought it deserved a place here.
Post your random thoughts for the day here, or anything else that intrigues you.
For starters, is it possible to give constructive critism to someone who doesn't have a neck? I totally just walked by a girl who didn't. Someone isn't getting a necklace for Valentines day!
And who decided black and white can't be colors? I want to say a racist. I really do.
