 Yap. It just caused a lot of problems. It didn't help that the singer was my brother's fiancee at the time. He was down with getting her out of the band and finding someone new though. As harsh as that might sound, wish they had! Her vocals were weak and she refused to get any sort of lessons. (Lots of singers do this, there's nothing to be ashamed of, she was afraid of her voice changing... lol)Basically half the band didn't want to do away with her, half the band did, they ended up splitting, etc.

And vocals are just as difficult to utilize and hone as one's skills with an instrument. It most certainly takes training and patience.
