btw anyone else here play dynasty warrios 7 and notice how like 90% of the maps are copy pasted from 6 and 6 empires? and I think the top half of Wu Zhang was from 5 minus the shrine XD I want to play 7. I hear they went back to the old school style.
Yeh they did go back to the old style which was a deffinent plus (that renbu thing was bull ***imo). Characters do still share some main weapons, I think theres 40ish total and some DLC ones, but each have a unique attack with that weapon and 2 musou attacks. Can also equip a second weapon which characters have varying levels of proficency with each type.
I'm happy with it... Yue Ying is half way back to her scythe useing a pole now... maybe when 8 comes around she will have a blade back on it and I can forgive Koei for takeing that away >.> I didn't play 6 too much, but for the time I was playing it, Xu Huang was a best and I'd never played him in any of the previous installments.
Does Zhou Tai have his gkt back? Yeh he got it back, Didn't play 6 much either and never really found a character I liked... I do remember the bow being epicly broken though XD
