Also Leon, grats on 3k buddeh. You care because we all care. Just like some of us go into our accounts and check how many [+]s we have... ADMIT IT! my night at work was completely ridiculous...from staffing on my own floor and then the floating me to another floor with just as bad staffing...I had to chart on 12 patients....and then my report at the end of my shift was "they're still breathing, they're still breathing etc etc" because I didn't know anything about that floor at all or how to take care of those patients...so success.
man... I am stuffed more than my turkey was.
Is it crossing any boundaries to ask how many burn victims you've had today? Or at least, did you have more today than usual?

I assumed I'd have a couple burns, I'm clumsy and usually burn myself on a 3-dish meal, nevermind 10. I only got one injury, from the microwave of all places. I's late.. lol But yeah the 'prongs' that hold the door closed managed to stab me (and break skin) in the back of the arm.

I have no idea...I can say that I'm kinda PO'd reguarding people sending me patients from the obviously overwhelmed ER. It was ridiculously busy down there but people tell me its only usually busy after holidays because people don't want to go to the hospital on the actual holiday day. |
