As I recall, the standards here are fifteen minutes. If the prof isn't in the door in that time, regardless if it's sixteen minutes, class is dismissed. I think that's one of the rules here or something. And I'm just lazy enough not to look it up to confirm it.

he didnt create it, R/G/B/Y you recive it in Celedon Mansion in Celedon City. G/S/C he actualy gives it to you, R/S/E can only get from trade, Pe/Da get from Bebe after obtaining National Pokedex, Platnium She gives after ariving in Hearthome, and wild ones can be caught in Trophy Garden and through "Outbreaks", B/W through trade after beating elite4. B/W2 wild ones in Castelia City in the empty lot accessable through the sewers.
