I want to try Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred videos, because, well, I can. But I'm already considered underweight, and so if I work out apparently I'm supposed to be weight training, but I don't like weight training. *petulant sulk*
So if I do a workout designed to make people lose weight but I don't have weight to lose, what does it do? Does it do nothing at all? Does it make me healthier in other areas, like heart rate and respiratory? Does it build muscle even without the emphasis on weights? Or will it burn the extra body fat I have, like my triceps jiggles and back-thigh dimples and boobs?

I hate weights too! God how I hated inclines!
You can always do what those yucky boys do and make those GNC protein whatevers, then work out, then look like an inhuman-bubble-blob. LOL! IDK.
I just stopped caring about the willowiness and barely there boobs. There's nothing that's going to help it. Just do whatever exercise makes you feel good. Running and yoga are...well, were mine. I really need to start yoga again. Both will help with the thighs and calves at least.
EDIT: The BF does P90X. I did it a couple times. It kicked my ***, but I still did better than him as far as agility. He leaves weights around the house. I stumble over them at night. I will impale him the next time that happens. Worse than stepping on a God damn Lego!
