If it were me Volk, I would make a tomato sandwich with mayo (and covered in like a pound of pepper; fresh ground is best). Then with that, a side of Ramen, and if you want a veggie on the side, you can always whip up the sauerkraut. Want to go a different route? If you have onions, you can cook the kraut by first making a roux with butter and flour, then sautee the onions and top it off with the kraut. It makes the kraut really thick, giving it a different texture.
