Well, I walk around it a couple times. In fact there's this full loop in the gated community that equals a fourth of the mile, so I usually walk that four times a day (ie: a mile total). Also, in the last 1/4th of that fourth of a mile I jog, so in total, I guess I jog a fourth of the time. Pairing that with my diet, I'm steadily losing weight. I've lost 6.1 pounds thus far. And when I can handle more, I do plan on adding another lap or so. The goal is to get to three miles total, and jog half if not the full thing. That's months down the road, though...

I've only had it a few times.. was pretty good chicken.

The only one we have close is in the hospital lol not my first place I think of when it comes to thinking of food to get.
inb4 Ina tells me that's a shoe or something and not real food.

Apparently MAX is good here but I've only had it once and it was a bit muh. I prefer chicken so I had the chicken burger or w/e but the one at McDonald's is better. I don't really buy fast food often though. Growing up we almost always had home-cooked meals and ate as a family.

I try to avoid fast food because it makes me feel so sluggish after I eat it.
CFA is probably the only place that doesn't make me feel like death after I have it.
Usually when I go to school if I want to sleep an extra 30 minutes I go by CFA for a $2 chicken biscuit rather than cook eggs or something.

Edit: And growing up it was the same for me. Usually it's out of laziness or lack of time.
