What Misao posted has them saying that the rumor is false and they are not. They also said a long time ago that how this game is recieved would decide if they make a Kingdom hearts 3 since the gameplay is close/the same but that might not be true anymore since it's been so long.
Good to hear, eagerly waiting for it. I doubt they'll skip a KH3 either, it would prolly renew a lot of people's faith in them.

Usually mow the front every time and leave the backyard for every few times. This time is a backyard time :| Good thing there's plenty of shade in the backyard. Wish I could say the same for the front with its solitary, very-short, not-so-much shade tree.
In fact it looks like a Final Fantasy meets reality concept, which... well kind of contradicts the entire idea behind Final Fantasy...
Actually the fantasy genre uses a more realistic approach more often then not. A world where everything works the same as the real world except with the addition of magic and other races into everyday lives is more then norm then they playful kinda not so serious type of worlds that come to most people's minds.
Edit: Theres a reason books stores have a "Fantasy" section and then a "Children's Fantasy" section. The children's section is what people who don't get too deep into the genre think of.

I kinda like a modern setting where science meets magic

Final Fantasy XIII/XIII-2. Look at the Fal'cie. Magical machines are what they look like.

The music ruined the games for me :/ That's why I'm excited for Versus because Shimomura Yoko is doing the music. I really hated the music in 13 :/

Thats what drew me to FF games tbh. The blending of technology and magic makes for alot of interesting possibilities

My favorite is 9 though >.> Great music and great characters. I miss the games where you had to read the dialogue, it was a lot better than having crappy voice actors ruining the lines. Western RPGs have great voice actors but when we do JRPGs it's like we choose the first people who come in >.>
Good ole VW. The BLM with nebula/teal gear and fulltiming Aquilo's Staff gets the Anhur Robe. Next time I go WHM I am not hasting anyone, fulltiming 5/5 teal with a darkstaff and spamming cure III. I swear the shittier you are the better the drop rate.
On a brighter note, I had some kickass pasta salad for lunch.
JRPGs are definetly hit and miss on the voice acting... Theres normally some that do a good job and other not so much. I thought they did a good job on 13 for the most part, WKC wasn't too bad either minus Leonard. Then grandia 2 back in the day the voices all fit the characters really well and in Valkyrie Profile 2 I thought it was kinda bad at first but by the end was impressed by the ammount of emotion they were able to convey at more then one part. But then you get ones like FF12 where everyone sounds like they are talking through a tube >.>
This is a thread that I found on another website I post at. It can be really really interesting. I thought it deserved a place here.
Post your random thoughts for the day here, or anything else that intrigues you.
For starters, is it possible to give constructive critism to someone who doesn't have a neck? I totally just walked by a girl who didn't. Someone isn't getting a necklace for Valentines day!
And who decided black and white can't be colors? I want to say a racist. I really do.
