So I decided to make rotisserie (chicken) drumsticks for dinner.. Dunno why I decided to break out the rotisserie, just tired of the same old ***I guess?
Anyways.. It's barely had enough time to heat up the heating element and I can already smell it and omg.. I'm so damn hungry..  the look on Suì-Fēng's face is priceless So wife will still eat it, she seems really sensitive to wine being used in food. She doesn't drink or anything really so that could be why.
Ah, well if it's a particular sensitivity or allergen then it's understandable, but typically alcohol used in cooking has petty amounts of influence as far as ethanol goes. The right things just have to be used for the right dishes. For example, cooking bratwursts in beer can add a nice touch, while cooking pasta with white (or even red) wine can bring about incredible flavor.

I tried doing it myself, and it came out "okay". But not nearly as nice as someone who is more experienced with photoshop or even mspaint.
