Up until I was like 10, it was either Sesame Street or Muppet Babies. Oh, and Hello Vern for a little while. But I wasn't allowed to watch The Simpsons until I was like 13. My mom thought that was the worst show, ever. Compared to some of the stuff I've watched now... The Simpsons is pretty damn tame.
