How can a samurai parse 1% or less? Granted he wasn't in the buffed party, but how is that even possible?
Almost EVERYONE I know whose done the Naruto RP ***or whatever, picks the Lightning Style type of abilities.

Most of the "Strong" Ninja are Lightning Based. Even the Fourth Hokage used Lightning style jutsus. :< So it just goes hand and hand with the style "I'M TOO STRONK!"
