It's just like terms, Chuuuuu. By that stage it's really 4.9C = .5 - 1C, so you add the 1C to the 4.9C, giving you 5.9C = .5 and you know the rest.

It finally makes sense lol now I feel more confident for tomorrow cuz it was just those little parts at the end messing everything up lol
