But the mechanic isn't always trying to screw you over just because some unexpected problems suddenly showed up. Safe was a pretty rad movie. Unfortunately the lights on my ride got left on, so now I'm stuck in a parking lot til triple-A shows up to jump start us ~_~

Oh I understand that, but around here where I live it's almost like hick country, everybody is related one way or another and take advantage of you if you're not from 'around here' and give out a different charge to every customer depending on who you are. For instance they will find a component that is semi worn and tell you it needs replaced even if it has several thousand miles left on it before it actually requires replacing, just so they can prolong the amount of time spent working on the vehicle.
