arc is my highest, i plan on going after lnc/drg once i finish it, then maybe gld/pld or mrd/war to change up what i usually go for

I want to play XIV just so I can make sense of that clusterfuck of a trailer SE gave us with the funky winged flying ships and the massive explosions and what appeared to be Giga Flare. Also the blinding explosion of light that launched out millions of Ifrits and Titans lol.

These are from the beta test. New mob placement has made it a *** for me to get back to take some better shots lol.





It's the petrified remains of a great wyrm, wrapped around the decaying husk of an ancient airship.
I'm hoping the airship will be an endgame dungeon. :3

How much has the game changed? I got THM up to 44, Glad up to 32? and COnj to like 35 before I quit a few months back.. and by a few months I mean a whiiiiile back.

I take great pride in the fact I can force a congregation of biggots that has been going strong for two hours to disband in 15 minutes without saying a word. Its amazing how quickly an antigay group loses momentum when its center attraction is 2 guys making out.

Nah, can't get to the island it's on yet. The rest of the zone (Mor Dhona) is gorgeous too. Same with Coerthas.
Really hope they keep the stunning landmarks like the Keeper of the Lake and the bridges in Coerthas when they make the shift to smaller zones in 2.0. :<

Depending on how far back you played, the battle system may be entirely different to what you remember. No more stupid action gauge, some abilities don't require TP anymore (Second Wind for example), auto-attack, etc.
Quite a few new quests, and 4 instanced raids to do now.
Feels like an entirely different game than it was at launch IMO. :x
