Well, the sequencing of the human genome is even more complex, I mean given it's just 4 letters really, but still, it's taken 10 years just to map that with super computers.. I saw the pics of the 'printed' version, and holy ***.. Damn near need a whole library just to house it.

Still if you look through the list, you see words repeating, I don't know for sure, but I think it's just a listing of the way the 'base' parts are arranged. A protein is a pretty complex thing.

Also, yes ring is dinged to hell, we've had them quite awhile, and no, it's not fancy.. I actually have a woman who prefers silver.. Not a gold digger and doesn't like diamonds and ***.. These rings are exactly what she wanted.

My only ring is pretty much unwearable at the moment. It's my class ring and I kind of forgot to take it off once while helping my dad on my car. Lets just say the band is bent to hell. Damn soft white gold >.<.

Even with it mapped, it takes time, just because we know the genome doesn't mean it's all understood yet.. They have made progress, BBC has a documentary on '10 years later, what has the mapping done for us' not the exact title, but more or less that's it.. And they show what it's done so far, and what is just around the corner..

Hell, by comparison, the human brain is even less complex to diagnose or understand, not to mention we have at least a 60 year head start (depends on what you consider the point when we started to understand it, 60 years is the least you can really justify, technically we've understood it for 100 years or more) and we still can't just solve every problem with it.. It's still a hit or miss thing.. When you get brain surgery, you're kept awake and you're constantly tested, because we still can't really pin down what does what..

nah i totally don't even understand wtf the deal is with 4chan...so that wont happen. this was found just purely by "luck" because i get really bored and go on a googling stuff tangent, and it just takes on a life of its own. i'll be starting out with something like "flowers" and end up wiki'ing something bizarre like the history of buttplugs or something.

same with youtube. started out looking up tattoo videos, ended up watching a M to F surgery

Well technically speaking, we are loooong over due for a pandemic.. That kinda scares me a bit.. I mean think of a pandemic in the pasts, then consider now, all the travel and how quickly we get place to place.. Unless it has a very quick incubation period, it could easily spread worldwide before it's even caught.. That scares me. It's very possible that level and spread of infection, given our current travel abilities, could be like you see in zombie movies, where by the time anyone says 'hey.. we got a problem' it's already spread all over the place and impossible to contain..

In older times, pandemic spread slower because of limited travel, but it was also caught slower due to limited understanding.. Just because we're now 'smart' doesn't mean it'd be any less devastating.. Our transportation has grown just as our understanding has..

And yes, I honestly fear that human meddling is going to create some super-virus, either like you see in I Am Legend, or as an actual weapon.. It actually doesn't take a genius to bio-engineer biological weapons, there are thousands, if not millions on the planet capable of doing it this very second.. It almost definitely won't be as bad as Hollywood protrays it, but it can still be pretty bad.

If you're looking for a pistol, a Glock, good recoil, can't really feel it, if you're looking for a rifle, unless you want to spend an assload, just go with a lower caliber rifle.

Glocks are very light weight, and they're well engineered.. The recoil isn't bad on them.. Even a .45 doesn't seem to have much of a kick to it..

Oh and if you have wrist problems, a shotgun is probably the last thing you want.. They have a pretty damn good kick to them,.. Wouldn't necessarily be bad, but if you just happened to hold it the wrong way, it could *** it up worse.
