I've only ever had cats. My sister brought home a solid black one that she found and my mom let me keep it. We had family pets but this one was mineee! Ever since then I've loved cats. But people who lived around us were evil. Half of my cats never lived to be old because people would poison them.

[+]'d for the picture, not for the story. People who do that kind of stuff suck. ; ; My cats have always been inside-only. My dog is inside/outside, but the only problem I've ever had was someone letting her out of the yard while I was at work and my sister was babysitting for me. Luckily, she's 13 years old, so she didn't go far.
Does anyone else ever use stuff just because its colorful? I dont know when I started doing it, but I use multicolored rotini inplace of almost every type of pasta when I cook. Yay rainbow rotini and cheese.
I'm the most un-colorful person I know. (Aside from depressed people.) Most of my shirts consist of some shade of black/gray/white. I do own one red one and one green one though! (Not counting shirts for work, which tend to have at least a little color to them. One blue, one red, a couple that are striped with a few colors. I hate my work shirts!)
Edit, because apparently Magnuss is even more un-colorful than me.
