Mine was the stare at nothing, toss and turn for hours on end, catch a moment of rest for no more than 2-3 hours if at all. Not sure how exactly I got over it, but it got to the point where I was hallucinating on a minor level.
My insomnia consists of just sitting on my bed sometimes, just staring into the darkness. Even with the assistance of white noise, it takes me almost like 30min some nights to finally fall asleep. It's quite irritating D:

I'm fairly sure it's documented places that you will start to have auditory and visual hallucinations with enough sleep deprivation. Mine was auditory I believe..
Mine were visual but I only recall two instances of it happening.
One was small orbs of non-descript yet colorful light moving slowly across my field of vision until they were out of viewing range, the other being my friend's ipod suddenly having a trail of grey smoke emitting from it, when in reality, it was not.
Now that I think about it, I wonder if my temporary and rather random instances of Tinnitus were based on sleep deprivation. Pray you never have it happen to you, because after an hour or more of going through it, you just wanna slice your ears off with a razor blade.
Without opening my pokedex [google] is Tinnitus the ringing in the ears?
Yes, it's often a ringing or ticking you hear without an actual external source. It's all in your head, and it has no particular form of treatment, medicine or remedy. It simply comes goes away when it feels like it. Though I *knocks on wood* haven't experienced it as of late, it almost always occurred when trying to sleep :/
Just got home!
Discovered that I am a happy "I love you" drunk. :x
If anyone really wanna hear about it I'll talk about what happened. Otherwise I had fun. :x
This is a thread that I found on another website I post at. It can be really really interesting. I thought it deserved a place here.
Post your random thoughts for the day here, or anything else that intrigues you.
For starters, is it possible to give constructive critism to someone who doesn't have a neck? I totally just walked by a girl who didn't. Someone isn't getting a necklace for Valentines day!
And who decided black and white can't be colors? I want to say a racist. I really do.
