Yeah, I'm doing the same. Just refreshing the page from time to time. Really wish I could be playing SWTOR right now, though... But yeah, I hate how I'll sometimes see a footnote in a sermon that I have to read only to look down and notice that all that's referenced is where in the Bible the phrase comes from. Like I'm gonna go look it up. Hell, I don't think I even own a Bible...

there are bible references in swtor?

I wouldn't be surprised. They're all over the place. I was referring to this sermon I have to read for class tomorrow, though. It's called, "Sinners in the Hands of an Angry God."

Yep, that's pretty much what I'm getting out of this. Kinda funny, though. At the beginning, he's chastising people of the Jewish faith who rely on the Old Testament (wherein, God is spiteful and wrathful) but then he goes on to say (in being a Puritan who believes in the New Testament) that all sinners are going to hell, even though the New Testament God aided by Jesus' actions is a much more forgiving God.

edit: That and the chick sitting next to me... I think she bathed in perfume. It stank so damn bad. And the guy she was with... she didn't even know his damn name.

How did you get to see those two wonderful men? A talk, a debate, what?

It was what Krauss described as "A Discussion." They just sat in a couple chairs in front of about 3,000 of us and talked about Science, etc. Linkylinky

Still, a fun night and a few chuckles were to be had as well as thoughtful reflection. But yeah, that chick that sat next to me... seriously stank to high heaven.

Yeah, I'm starting to see a bit of an unbalance between players using blasters and those with Lightsabers. I figure it'd be the other way around, but I keep getting pummeled by smugglers. Plus being a Marauder, I'm rather squishy. Still, the cutscenes keep me riveted. That and I like that feeling of accomplishment when I tear asunder an Elite mob that's a level or two higher than I am. And the setting... Like right now I'm on Hoth, and absolutely loving it. Only thing missing are giant elephant-like walkers.

I don't think it was, unfortunately. I saw cameras, but they were mostly still photography. That and the one camera that they used to blow them up on the big screen behind them for the people in the balconies.

i feel its quite unbalanced sent/marauder vs others in mass pvp, and even pve. i can hold my own 1v1 in pvp, first time i got a solo kill medal on my sent i was pretty excited, because usually i just take up space and die a lot to the ranged classes. pve is terrible though, once i got to alderaan any group more than 3 was instant death until i started using C2 for heals, then it was make it but have to rest and probably revive C2 after each fight. it also didnt help that im one of the "lucky" players who has issues with the game being terrible laggy on the lowest settings. (before anyone even starts. no, my computer is not old and underpowered, its decently new and has dedicated graphics, and has recommended specs for the game. also i've tried pretty much everything i can find to get it to work better)

my sage is pretty boss in pvp though, i usually have the highest healing total in a match along with a few kills and decent total damage. i've even been able to get solo kills before on it. and i've been pvping with my sage since it was 14 (its now 25; my sent is 32-33)

That's me all over. I have a crappy computer though, and I consider it a miracle that SWTOR even works on it. I honestly want to get an upgrade soon, and was thinking about hooking up a desktop to my TV. I've seen that all you need is an HD adapter to make it work. But yeah, when I'm around heavy traffic or even some planets that are more ornate than others, my game locks up pretty badly to the point where it's hard to move or even walk in a straight line. That's another reason I like places like Tatooine and Hoth. Vast spaces of nothing make the game run much smoother.

just because you upgrade doesnt guarantee that your game will play better. i should be able to play this on medium-high with no issue, but lolnope!

See, this is why I'm a proponent for consoles in the great console vs. pc war. At least with consoles, they're all in the same realm as far as processing is concerned. Meaning I don't have to drop 400+ on a new card every couple of years just to play the game. If it's compatible with the system, there's no issue. Period.

Fun fact: Console vs. PC and Mac vs. PC are the exact same debate.

No one ever realizes that.
