I once played for nearly an hour without getting distracted or getting up for a drink or to take my dogs out. It was tragic.
Honestly, I can't even make it through an entire 15-minute Limbus run without getting all distracted at least once. xD

I think that's why I was in and out of XI so often. If events weren't for RL friends, I was pretty unreliable in my LS. Depends on the game. A good RPG or adventure game with a consuming story? Hours. Fifa eh couple hours or a game with breaks in between so 20 minutes a session.
