Anyone know why on skype when I am in a call, if I listen to anything aside from the call it gets into my mic somehow and after a few seconds it explodes with sound rage. I am using some turtle beach earforce z1's as my headset.

My only idea would be using sound mixer as a default device. Sound mixer combines both incoming and outgoing sounds.

guh what where?
Control panel > sound > then check and see if (sorry got the name wrong in the first post) stereo mix is set to default in recording or playback.. If you don't even see it you're good, it was a pain in the *** for me to finally get it to show up when I needed to set it as that..
