I always thought Koga Hatsuburi would be better for damage on ninjutsu. Just because of the 5% increase to damage.
Edit: I also know it wouldn't increase damage, but Koga Tekko wouldn't decrease damage too much since you're only getting +1 int from those hands. This would allow you to save some extra tools. :x

Yes, ninjutsu is affected by weather just like black magic. Obis will work great.

Yeah I saw that. I'll have to get both items and do some tests to see which are worth it, but in the long run yours probably wins in terms of giving a better recast and improving accuracy.
Also farming organs is a chore in of itself, not to mention the encumbrance of carrying not only 6 staves, but 6 obis as well seems a bit extreme. I'll probably only get the ones for Raiton and Hyoton since I intend to cap their potency via merits.
I could see the improvement of accuracy being good for that low just because I remember Ninjutsu kinda sucking at 75 cap, but I could be wrong on that. Been at least 2-3 months since I honestly touched my nin. But yea carrying all those obis would be kinda useless. Probably best off doing what you said and capping those two potency categories and then maybe maxing one or both of those San spells.

Given how low ninjitsu's base damage is 2 MAB sekkas might beat out ele staves for nukeing (the INT helps bring the damage up so you benifit more from MAB) and if not the damage from melee strikes and WS that slip in between casts deffinetly will. There is also the Yagentoshiro which gives the same damage boost as a NQ ele staff though I remember asking about it vs MAB sekka and being told MAB sekka wins... Hope this helps if you look back when your back from work.

Yea, I can relate to that. sadly I don't have the ability to dual-box thus I'm stuck soloing on PUP or if I'm lucky duoing ***with my WHM friend. Hate whoring his WHM out so often though. :/

But when I help you and you just flat out lie to me about helping me with something you KNOW I'm working on my own and I could use help with, that just pisses me off to no end. It was fun! I dearly miss FFxi right now and desperately want to spend time playing with a friend, I've not played in months and can't play because I have too many other responsibilities and ambitions that take up the time :(
My only regret is not having the moneys to actually go and hang out with the friends I made. Hopefully that will all change in the next 2 years :)

Sorry, but fact is I could. Before I quit I had 3 people tell me they'll help me with my ***then they all ducked me when I asked and then went and did the same ***without me for themselves. 1 even did it after I gave them 8 seals for kirin and used the sky pops I farmed with them while I was gone, when he told me he'd hold them till I'm back so I could get my sky gear since I was helping him. Others barely made any attempt at *all* to bother and help me after I helped them with stuff. We both know I help a lot and yeah, I got help for my ***too, I'm not saying I never get help.
