I think people first get attached because when he posts, he actually isn't talking out of his ***. He is smart and it's quite obvious in his posts.

He also runs this site very fairly. He is nice to the posters, but shows authority where it's needed. He also listens to people, a good trait in a leader.

People love his personality traits first, then they see his pic. Then they go :L... Then they love him.
