Yeah, thanks for proving me right again. The developer is out of business and Europe scooped up the IP. Maybe the next game will be worth our time. Cuz the first one was awful.
Wuchang was trash when it released. I don't even think it sold a million copies. Bug infested, frequent crashes, not worth anyone's time. The developer went out of business.
Viciouss: "Game I dont like is buggy, crashes, unoptimized, the 0-1 scores are warranted"

I'm curious how you can have an opinion on how good or bad the game is when you havent played it. Furthermore, saying "maybe the next game will be worth our time" is wild when you were just gloating how its free implying you'll be playing it when its free. This means it is indeed worth your time. If the game was not worth your time, you wouldnt touch it even if it were free.

Yeah, the developer is out of business, like I said. Keep flailing though. Wuchang was trash the day it came out. China isn't fooling anyone anymore. Gacha is all they got, and it only works because they steal ideas and make them F2P.
So the final leg of the FFXI 24 man raid paying tribute to XI in XIV came out last Tuesday.
It was pretty fun.
Feature a giant Shantotto fight. Then Besieged as a trash road block. Then Alexander. Then an Aw'Aern and Zdei x4 trash pack in the Empyreal Paradox entry area. Then Promathia. Then Shinryu.
Shinryu was tatt'd up and looking sick, and doing wicked fast up and down moves that were kinda hard for me to follow (I'm stupidly rusty at XIV from only playing it once every 2 or 3 months).
But then he ate two headed mamool illusion, and turned into a very Barney lookin' Shinryu 2-headed mamool hybrid, and started doing Baby's First Raid AOEs.
7/10.
The story to go along with it succeeded in not disrespecting XI. The Elvaan adventurer Alxaal says that he is an amalgam of all Adventurers and, "Prishe's Friend." (Us). Fake Prishe and him are on the verge of death, cause their Electrope cores were damaged in the raid fights. Shantotto shows up, and ferries them across the dimensional gap back to Vana'diel. FFXIV's Warrior of Light promises to find a way to visit them.
Credits roll, and we get some emotional words on the screen, ending with
While I also bring my cellphone to the bathroom to use while on throne room (btw, Im typing this at throne room right now) at work, modafaqa in my left is not only using cellphone, but he is also playing a video with loud sound!
Holy ***, how can someone be that antichrist to watch brainrot videos with loud audio at the throne room?
Pretty sure their algorithm will start offering you same day shipping on things if you go too long without purchasing, then if you don't buy enough to make it worthwhile they just cancel. TOS allow them to miss their delivery dates as much as they want; it's effective marketing.

With the tagline, "We'll leave the light on."
I had not played in a long time but I checked a video out. It looked really lame imo, the models were very stiff especially Promathia. Even XI had more motion in its cutscenes and the fights. Then you can't even hear the good music, because its tons of the same effects all going off at once and little lights, it looks like some carnival ride. Like the Besieged part looked so wonky and like an amusement ride within a video game. Not much of a surprise tho because their combat system is absolute garbage, none of the effects look like they have any weight behind them.
And giving Prishe that god awful accent.
I hate that game so much, they should never touch XI again.
....Awesome... we're trying to start Resident Evil movie series.... Again
This looks infinitely better than that *** disaster Welcome to Racoon City, but that's an extremely low bar.
Feels like another "this looks like a perfectly fine (7/10) sci-horror, but you're an idiot for trying to call it Resident Evil" situation.

I actually enjoyed all the Mila movies except the last one, but this doesn't look good to me. I just accepted we'll never get a good RE movie, because everyone wants to be using their own movies and ideas and just tacking the RE name on to gain that fan base. It can't be hard to do a movie based on the first 3 games, but they failed so miserably in the last movie.
ESO released their Dynamis and people are MAD at how difficult it is. I'm just here in the back of my mind like "silence, child. You know not of Absolute Virtue or Pandaemonium Warden."
Probably going to get ***on for my post on their OFs outlining how FFXI had harder ***back in the day but oh well.
Gave Dynamis - Windurst's hell house an honorable mention.
EDIT: Sorry, I didn't explicitly point out that this content is difficult but it's not exactly day 1 Reive bosses. I could solo individual mobs if they didn't link and I blow *** at the game, the real problem is the rewards and incentives.
EDIT2: It's early morning of day 3, people are mad the devs haven't said ***about complaints as if every game, company, or app doesn't have a "dead on arrival" and "end of the world" scenario once a month.
This is a thread that I found on another website I post at. It can be really really interesting. I thought it deserved a place here.
Post your random thoughts for the day here, or anything else that intrigues you.
For starters, is it possible to give constructive critism to someone who doesn't have a neck? I totally just walked by a girl who didn't. Someone isn't getting a necklace for Valentines day!
And who decided black and white can't be colors? I want to say a racist. I really do.
