Edit: in the case of Ninja Gaiden 2 remaster, I am pretty sure it's not DEI, just lazy/low resources allocated on optimization. Since it's repackaging an old game for quick cash.
No one blamed poorly optimized games on DEI, not entirely atleast. Maybe partially if the entire staff is DEI hires, but thats unlikely.

Someone else did in this thread, I just don't like to jump to political conclusions on a project management problem without evidence, that's all. It feels like people are using a problem to preach their political stance, not because it's objectively the real reason behind a management problem.
If you consider it's near impossible to practice DEI hire in a monoethnic, conservative country like Japan, blaming DEI hire for every management problem doesn't feel fair.
The money/time will always go to a department that yields the best return.
If you bother to read about Squenix's quarterly and annual reports you would find that their MMOs (XIV, Dragon Quest, and XI) are not just carrying the company, they are the ONLY profitable division over the last 9 months.

I could easily refute this WITH EXAMPLES but that would be way too P&R and require me to swim in several cesspools the least offensive of which is reddit.

Where is our money / time?
What are you trying to say here? Of course investment doesn't always make profit especially not in AAA industry these days.
I never say any investment will give you profit100% of time, I only said investment in graphics/story/gameplay often worth more review score points than optimization. As long as the game isn't downright unplayable, a few FPS drop or game file size bloat isn't going to affect review score as much as other areas like story or gameplay.
Idk how you read my comment as all money/time investment on a project will make money. I never make such statement.
Another random thought, but i feel like youtube algorithm changed and its annoying me know.
Generally i feel like the algorithm mostly nails what is interesting to me.
But lately it have been picking things related to others I watched occasionally and…. Insisting it!
Its like 2 days it has been keeping in the front page a couple of videos I already wasnt interested in watching. Makes no sense insisting in offering them for so long.
It just makes annoying always having to scroll down to see what else is being recommended.
I liked more when it recommended once some kinda interesting video, then if i dont watch at that moment, is gone forever
Gonna be looking into service dogs, could get help walking one but gotta make sure they aren't miserable being inside all the time. Chihuahuas are not up for consideration, however.
The training that service dogs get makes them a bit strange. They are good companions and pets as well as being service dogs but their needs and priorites are different than other dogs.
If you do get a service dog you will be trained on how to work with them and how they work.
Pretty predictable tbh, it's basically GT, the "real" version.
4 moar strongerer than god form, he's always got to have a next tier
But its not as strong as god form, and if this takes place before super it doesn't really make much sense... I just feel like it was just an nostlagia/attention grab. I'm still slightly bitter they say GT isn't canon, but I just didn't like the ending. The rest was decent for me.
Latino america is obsessed with dragon ball, i was honestly surprised because I thought it was just america and japan. They have done a lot of cool fan stuff
This is a thread that I found on another website I post at. It can be really really interesting. I thought it deserved a place here.
Post your random thoughts for the day here, or anything else that intrigues you.
For starters, is it possible to give constructive critism to someone who doesn't have a neck? I totally just walked by a girl who didn't. Someone isn't getting a necklace for Valentines day!
And who decided black and white can't be colors? I want to say a racist. I really do.
