Nah not gonna fish dupes for either of em cause a new pilgrim banner + anniversary are inbound next. Only a 6%ish dmg diff between 0 and MLB anyways. They'll primarily live in my secondary/tertiary teams since I already have the double bunny scarlet modernia goombastomper setup. A2 can probably stand in for Scarlet/Modernia sometimes though. 2B just needs such specialized support, she'll go in my Sanis party.

I've seen evidence of this so many times from friends who quit and came back 2-3 years later. At some point in the welcome back conversation there's always something said along the lines of "aaahh.. it feels so good to be back. this is so comforting".
However long I stay quit, if I hear gustaberg or any of the starter cities music, I get nostalgic.

I don't think there are any other games where players have such a strong affinity and fondness for both the game's world and their character. WoW maybe? but that game has always been corny.
XI is like lord of the rings, and WoW is like dragon ball the Hollywood movie.

Plus, after some time youre way past your peak of reproduction phase, so I suppose the body kinda enters the stage where it prioritizes surviving then reproducing.

Chocobos got a little stingy with the stamps towards the end, but I got Cloud's outfit.
And a 5* copy of Barret's limited weapon, and 9 stars on the Murasame (5x 5* copies total) along the way lmao.

With all the other random 5*s I also got, I'm set pretty well now; basically done pulling with crystals for the time being. Saving for the 3rd chocobo slot now, then saving up for Tifa's weapon banner.
Now to carry on with the story, because I only did the first chapter of each so far. Q('w'Q)

EDIT: Having some issues with the emulator though; getting some bad flickering on some screens/maps. The battle tower in particular seems to have it constantly.

EDIT2: Flickering happens on Pie 64-bit and Nougat 64-bit Bluestacks instances, as well as on LDPlayer 9. Here's the part where we find out it's my PC that's somehow *** in yet another way.

I didnt know that FFXII was on Switch.

I played it on ps2, then on PS4. Wondering if it has enough replay value to replay it the third time, even if in my second play i had everything done already.

Earlier when i was going to gym i noticed 2 young chicks. One sitting in some stairs dressing a medium sized skirt. The other one holding a cellphone or camera, trying to take a shot of the first one.

So far so good. But something was off.

The first girl was carelessly sitting in the stairs, trying to show a little bit more than what decency allows. The second one was slowing dropping down to get some kinky angle.

Y'know, even though I would definitely say I was addicted to FFXI, it never was the achievements that got me itchy to play. I've never even gotten a single REMA weapon.

Not even working towards a Ring Ring Ring, Banana Sword? Doot doo da looda loo?

I know it's useful, but I don't know if I have the energy to go for it. See, to me, that's the kind of thing that looks like "work".

When I play a game - any game - I want to be having fun at all times. I want the game to be fun as its means, not its end. I don't like slogging through hours of unfun content for the prospect of it becoming more fun down the line. And I mean, I can handle an hour or two at a time of unfun content, which is why I don't immediately abandon any/every game with a tutorial or a brutal opening scene.

I think that's another reason why FFXI has always been my MMO of choice. Every other one I've tried is explicitly not fun at all until you get to the endgame content. Why even have levels at all? Oh of course, because then you can pay $25 USD to skip them. But I really like the mechanics of FFXI. They make me think, and they're loose enough to lend themselves to optimization.

(Now I'm going to have Banana Phone stuck in my head for the whole afternoon XD)

EC was down for like 2 hours due to connection problems. 300 apologems and 5 stamina drinks (way more than 2 hours worth of stamina) compensation. I'm happy with that. :I

I'm probably not sticking with it long. Materia RNG is going to be so *** annoying, and gem economy after clearing the (pretty short) story is muffcabbage.

Well, trying to reduce my gaming backlog, I picked Nier automata for my current title, but Nier isnt the first entrance of the series, so i did a little research and found that drakengard is the first series, before entering the spin offs.

Downloaded Drakengard and gave a try yesterday.

Kinda surprised (in a bad way) that this game is from Squareenix, and its some more bland version of Dynasty Warriors. I just did 4 stages, but so far, the story is more one episode than a full storyline.

Game is just a smashing button. Lets see how far this go.
