Jesus *** this movie is literally a decade late.
Still gonna watch it, but god damn. Talk about missing your window when something is relevant

Yesterday my brother-in-law's mother passed away after 7 months in ICU.
Its was determined that she would need to move from ICU to homecare, but she didnt resist the very first day of it.
She had a stroke last year what resulted her conditions up till now.
People said she got it after some really bad news coming from bank. Things needs to be investigated but my guess is that she was being targeted by cons, and they were stealing her money maybe by coercion. None in family knew she had financial problems but it seems it was not the first time she was victim of scam.
But the real sad part here is: im afraid she didnt pass peacefully. In the middle of a problem, her situation lead to the stroke, and she never again fully regain entire consciouness to come in terms with this situation before passing. My guess is that in her heart, she was still feeling as being harrassed by the cons at the very last momento.
The thing i learn from this is that we must live every minute in our life peacefully and with eevrything properly dealt.
Passing aways is a normal thing in life and isnt a sad thing at all. But passing away with so many bad feelings, thats surely painful for everyone.

Whats behind that desire people have with twilight 119 gear?
I mean, i suppose the uniqie effect is about the same of the non-ilv version.
Makes me wonder if people want them only because they are rare?

really depends on the piece.
The cloak should be pretty obvious- to get to cast impact with real iLvl gear magic accuracy stats.
Helm/Mail is just a nice thing to have again modern level defensive stats around for the effect that is the same as the old versions.
And the weapons are quite obvious- the non iLvl ones were useless on legitimate content.

Finally got to do Ambuscade with real people!
This nice lady named Emelyb logged in and started asking in LS if anyone wanted to do Lilith HTBF spam. When no one responded, she was like, "Ok, anyone need any help?"
A DRK main rogered up with, "I still need like three more Ambus to +1 my body."
I was working on Mandau killshots and numb in my skull, so I was like, "If you need a body, I'll come along."
The Emelyb lady is a Master Level 34 Monk or so. We did the fly on VD. Learned that it takes full damage while adds are out, huh. Interesting. It was dying so fast I was having trouble registering what I was gonna do exactly other than keep Haste II on Emelyb. Also apparently Monbeareuax has potions that overwrite Pro and Shell V?
We did like 4 runs of it, the DRK had math'd wrong. But he got his needed hallmarks and went to bed.
Then Emelyb was like, "Calm, come with me to a super good CP camp. It's where I grind my M levels. We gotta go through Nyzul... to Bhaflau Thickets."
I was like, "Ah, yeah, Locus Colibri huh? Replaced the old Greater Colibri camp from back in the day."
She thought I was gonna get lost lol. She was like, "Do you got the Nexus cape so you can just warp to me?" As I was standing between the porters in Nyzul.
I went RDM/war, and slipped in Savage Blades between her Final Heavens so she could double Light for bigger number. My SBs weren't anything to write home about, but sometimes broke 14k.
EXP'd with her for an hour. It was pretty laggy, though idk if it was on my end? She'd be standing still with the weapons ready, then suddenly be punching a Colibri from 10 yalms away. I was always playing catch up. Got 66 Job Points in an hour. I was floored, and pretty sad that I had to go to sleep.

Guardians of the Galaxy vol.3 really was a good movie. It's one of the most consistently good trilogies in a while, tainted only by its tie-in with the Avengers stuff. Not to say Infinity War and Endgame were bad, but in order to get the full experience of Volume 3 you essentially need to watch a minimum of 22 movies first, as opposed to 2 if it were a self-contained trilogy.
But yeah there's nothing spoiler-free I can say about Volume 3 that hasn't already been said a million times.
The entire crew working on these Guardians of the Galaxy movies don't just make good stories. They use their visuals and writing to establish a lived-in and believeable world that I want to live in. And they ground it using well-acted and realistically irrational characters that I'd want to hang out with. But more than that, it immerses you so well into the story that they can really get away with any plot or unusual setpiece and still keep you emotionally invested.
Every character gets an appropriate arc that's been established from the beginning. It was a satisfying finale to a consistently good trilogy.

Really liked it’s style, pacing and writing. One of the top 10 marvel movies for me.
Cons
It was 150 minutes long and felt like it dragged on a bit at the end

I have never seen so much complaining about movie length than in the past 5 years. If something deigns to pass 90 minutes in duration, the fury begins and all discussion of quality stops mattering. HUH?
If people truly can no longer handle a 2hr+ movie regularly, take a page from the OG Godfather part II and an era of cinema long gone...bring back the Intermission.

Bahamut.Celebrindal said: »bring back the Intermission. Honestly? Yes, please.
Nothing in the world breaks immersion from the climactic third act of a movie quite like having to use the washroom. I bet it would reduce the amount of people opening up their bright-*** cell phones in the middle of a movie as well.
That would probably go a long way to bringing people back to theatres as well. Now we're all used to being at home watching something on Netflix where we can just pause if we want to get up and stretch our legs.
I still can't believe I managed to sit through the entirety of Avengers Endgame without needing to get up for a break. That was actual insanity. Over 3 hours with no intermission. Are you kidding me?!

Interstellar: 164 minutes
Avengers IV: 183 minutes
Guardians III: 130 minutes
Thankfully they did not give me any “ugh this is really dragging on” vibes at the climax

Can anyone remind me how much can I shorten the time for ergon if i do it efficiently?
Just wondering if its worth the hassle. Its if i can cut it down in 1 or 2 month.
Otherwise if i just gonna cut one week or so, i could as well just focus in a single coalition at a time.

get KI that shortens imprim timer
Push to rank 7
I forget the names of the ranks, but its bronze cordon Ki i believe. Thats the only way really.

Yeah in theory seemed like a good plan but burning 8 orbs per trio of mule takes around 1h to finish.
Times 13 then we have a huge amount of time invested in this.
Sure im earning good decent drops but it was kinda a lost week in terms of progress
This is a thread that I found on another website I post at. It can be really really interesting. I thought it deserved a place here.
Post your random thoughts for the day here, or anything else that intrigues you.
For starters, is it possible to give constructive critism to someone who doesn't have a neck? I totally just walked by a girl who didn't. Someone isn't getting a necklace for Valentines day!
And who decided black and white can't be colors? I want to say a racist. I really do.
