I grew up in a neighbourhood that had no restaurants anywhere nearby. When I was old enough to start wandering farther than a 10-minute bike ride from home I used to run to the only restaurant nearby, which was a McDonald's.
Even though they're pretty gross (even back in the day I thought so), the cheeseburgers are extremely satisfying.

EDIT: I actually have nothing against the restaurant chain itself. They get a really bad reptuation, but I think they're the most transparent fast food place out there. I don't eat there too often just because I try to support local as much as I can (especially amidst the pandemic). But holy moly ravioli their coffee is amazing. I dunno what kind of crack they lace their beans with, but I live for McCafe coffee.
